Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before engaging with Lucaso Decor India Private Limited. By placing an order, visiting our showroom, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your relationship with Lucaso Decor India Private Limited ("Lucaso", "we", "our", "us") and apply to all products, services, consultations, orders, installations, and interactions, whether in-person, telephonic, or via our website lucaso.in. By engaging with Lucaso in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in full.
In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

| "Products" | Modular kitchens, furniture, luxury pods, doors, windows, railings, wall decor, and all other goods supplied by Lucaso. |
| "Services" | Design consultation, site measurement, 3D rendering, fabrication, installation, and after-sales support provided by Lucaso. |
| "Agreement" | The contract formed between Lucaso and the Client comprising the Order, these Terms, and any signed work order or quotation. |
| "Site" | The Client's premises at which installation is to be carried out. |
| "Warranty Period" | The duration for which Lucaso provides warranty coverage as specified in Clause 6. |
References to "writing" include email correspondence. The singular includes the plural and vice versa. Clause headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Lucaso Decor India Private Limited. You accept these Terms by:
- Signing a quotation, work order, or any agreement document issued by Lucaso;
- Making any payment (advance, part, or full) towards an Order;
- Verbally or in writing confirming an Order or engaging our services;
- Using or accessing our website, showroom, or services; or
- Allowing our team to enter your premises for site measurement or installation.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not engage Lucaso's services. Proceeding with an Order constitutes unequivocal acceptance of all Terms in their entirety.
These Terms apply to all transactions regardless of whether they were conducted in person, telephonically, through our website, or via any authorised Lucaso representative or dealer.
All quotations issued by Lucaso are valid for a period of 30 days from the date of issue, unless otherwise specified in writing. A quotation does not constitute an offer and may be revised at any time prior to Order confirmation.
An Order is confirmed only upon receipt of the advance payment as specified in the quotation AND written confirmation (via signed work order, email, or WhatsApp acknowledgement) from Lucaso. Verbal confirmations alone do not constitute a binding Order.
All Lucaso products are custom-manufactured to each Client's specific requirements. Once an Order is confirmed and production has commenced:
- Design changes may be accommodated subject to additional cost and timeline adjustments;
- Material or finish changes after fabrication has begun will attract additional charges;
- Lucaso reserves the right to decline changes that would compromise structural integrity or quality standards.
Where 3D design renders are provided, the Client is required to provide written approval before production commences. Once written approval is given, Lucaso will proceed as approved and the Client accepts responsibility for the approved design. Minor variations in actual colour, grain, or texture from renders are inherent to natural materials and do not constitute a defect.
All products are fabricated to the site measurements taken by Lucaso during the official site survey. Any changes to site dimensions after measurement must be communicated immediately and may result in re-fabrication costs.
All prices quoted are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless explicitly stated otherwise. Prices are valid as per the quotation and are subject to change prior to Order confirmation. Lucaso's prices are fixed once an Order is confirmed — no further material or service cost increases will be passed on to the Client post-confirmation.
The standard Lucaso payment schedule is as follows:

Specific payment schedules may vary and will be detailed in your individual quotation. The schedule agreed in your quotation takes precedence over the above.
Lucaso accepts payment via NEFT/RTGS bank transfer, UPI, cheque (subject to clearance), or card (where applicable). Cash payments above ₹2,00,000 are not accepted in compliance with Indian income tax regulations.
Payments not received by the agreed due date will attract an overdue charge of 18% per annum (1.5% per month) on the outstanding amount. Lucaso reserves the right to pause or suspend installation and services until outstanding dues are cleared. Delivery timelines will not be affected by payment delays caused solely by Lucaso.
All Lucaso pricing is fully transparent with no hidden charges. The amount quoted is the amount you pay. Any scope changes requested by the Client will be quoted separately and require written approval before proceeding.
Lucaso commits to delivering and installing most standard residential projects within 45 working days from the date of Order confirmation and advance payment receipt. This timeline is contingent upon:
- The Client providing timely site access for measurement, delivery, and installation;
- The site being in a ready condition for installation (civil work complete, utilities available);
- Design approval being granted without delays;
- Advance payment being received on time.
For large homes, commercial projects, luxury pods, or highly bespoke orders, timelines will be specified individually in the work order. The 45-day guarantee applies specifically to standard residential projects as agreed at the time of Order.
If a delay is caused by the Client (including delayed payments, delayed site readiness, delayed design approvals, or restricted site access), the delivery timeline will be extended by the number of days of Client-caused delay. Lucaso shall not be liable for any consequences arising from such delays.
Lucaso shall not be in breach of these Terms for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, floods, pandemic restrictions, government orders, supply chain disruptions, or acts of God. In such cases, Lucaso will notify the Client at the earliest and provide a revised timeline.
Risk in the goods passes to the Client upon delivery to the Site. Title passes to the Client only upon receipt of full payment of all outstanding amounts.
Lucaso provides a 10-Year structural warranty on all products from the date of installation completion. This warranty covers:
- Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship;
- Structural failure of cabinet frames, railing structures, and door frames;
- Hardware failure (hinges, channels, locks) under normal use;
- Delamination, warping, or swelling of panels under normal indoor conditions.
Finishes and surface treatments carry the following separate warranties:

The warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, or improper cleaning;
- Damage from flooding, water ingress, or excessive moisture beyond normal indoor levels;
- Damage from modifications, repairs, or alterations by any party other than Lucaso;
- Normal wear and tear, minor scratches, or cosmetic issues;
- Consequential losses or loss of use during warranty repairs;
- Products installed in conditions not recommended by Lucaso.
To make a warranty claim, the Client must contact Lucaso in writing (email to Info@lucaso.in) or by calling +91 88745 37453. Claims must include the Order number, date of installation, and a description of the issue with photographs. Lucaso will inspect the claim within 7 working days and provide a resolution plan within 14 working days.
Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original Client at the original installation address. Proof of purchase (Order confirmation or invoice) must be provided when making a claim.
Since all Lucaso products are custom-manufactured to order, cancellations are governed by the following schedule:

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to Info@lucaso.in. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 30 working days of the cancellation being approved by Lucaso.
Lucaso reserves the right to cancel an Order in the following circumstances:
- Failure by the Client to make advance payment within 7 days of Order confirmation;
- Repeated delays in providing site access or design approvals causing the Order to become unviable;
- Discovery of site conditions that make installation unsafe or impossible.
In such cases, Lucaso will provide full refund of any advance paid, less any design and consultation costs incurred, which will be itemised and communicated to the Client.
As all Lucaso products are custom-manufactured bespoke goods, they are exempt from the standard cooling-off period provisions under Indian consumer protection regulations applicable to off-the-shelf goods. Please review your Order thoroughly before confirmation.
The Client is responsible for ensuring the following prior to Lucaso's installation team arriving at Site:
- All civil, masonry, plumbing, and electrical works at the Site are complete and in a condition suitable for installation;
- The Site is clean, dry, and free from excessive dust, moisture, or debris;
- Electricity and adequate lighting are available at the Site;
- Safe and unobstructed access is provided for Lucaso's team and their vehicles and equipment;
- Any existing furniture, fixtures, or fittings that need to be removed prior to installation have been cleared.
Lucaso's installation team will conduct a brief site readiness check upon arrival. If the Site is found not to be in a ready condition, Lucaso reserves the right to reschedule the installation. Any additional visit charges for aborted installations due to Client-caused unreadiness will be charged to the Client.
Lucaso takes all reasonable care during installation. However, Lucaso shall not be responsible for minor damage to walls, floors, or existing structures that is unavoidable as part of the installation process (e.g., drilling, fixing, or anchoring). Lucaso will repair any damage that is directly and unreasonably caused by negligence on our part.
The Client must ensure that Lucaso's installation team has safe working conditions. Lucaso may decline to commence or continue installation if Site conditions are deemed unsafe under applicable occupational health standards. All installations involving heights are governed by Lucaso's internal safety protocols.
A Lucaso representative will conduct a final walk-through with the Client upon completion of installation. The Client's signature on the completion certificate confirms satisfactory delivery and acceptance of the installed products.
Lucaso collects and processes personal data including your name, contact details, address, and payment information for the sole purposes of delivering our products and services, fulfilling our contractual obligations, and maintaining communication with you.
Your data will be used to:
- Process and fulfil your Order;
- Send Order updates, installation schedules, and after-sales communications;
- Manage warranty records and service requests;
- Send promotional communications (with your consent, which may be withdrawn at any time).
Lucaso complies with applicable Indian data protection laws including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. Your data will never be sold to third parties. We implement reasonable technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal information.
Lucaso may photograph completed installations for portfolio, marketing, and training purposes. If you object to your installation being photographed, please notify us in writing. We will not include identifiable personal information or your name in marketing materials without your explicit consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lucaso's total liability to the Client under or in connection with any Order shall not exceed the total value of the Order to which the claim relates.
Lucaso shall not be liable for:
- Loss of profits, business, revenue, or anticipated savings;
- Consequential, indirect, special, or incidental losses;
- Loss or damage arising from the Client's failure to follow Lucaso's care and maintenance instructions;
- Losses arising from changes to the Client's design preferences after approval;
- Any third-party claims against the Client.
Nothing in these Terms limits Lucaso's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
All designs, 3D renders, CAD drawings, catalogues, website content, and brand materials created by Lucaso remain the sole intellectual property of Lucaso Decor India Private Limited.
- Design renders and drawings prepared for a Client's Order may be used by the Client solely for the purpose of approving and implementing their Order;
- Clients may not reproduce, share, or use Lucaso's designs for any other purpose without written consent;
- Lucaso retains the right to use completed installation photographs (subject to Clause 9.4) in its marketing and portfolio;
- The Lucaso name, logo, and brand elements are registered trademarks and may not be used without express written permission.
These Terms and all disputes arising from or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India.
In the event of any dispute, the parties agree to attempt in good faith to resolve the matter amicably through direct negotiation within 30 days of the dispute arising. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, the parties agree to submit the matter to mediation before initiating formal proceedings.
If mediation fails to resolve the dispute, the courts of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction to hear and determine any legal proceedings arising from or in connection with these Terms or any Order. Both parties irrevocably submit to this jurisdiction.
Nothing in these Terms affects any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, including the right to approach the appropriate Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission.
Lucaso reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. The most current version of these Terms will always be available on our website at lucaso.in. The "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms will reflect the date of the most recent revision.
For existing Orders, the Terms applicable at the time of Order confirmation will govern that Order unless both parties agree in writing to apply updated Terms. For new Orders placed after the revision date, the updated Terms will apply.
Continued use of Lucaso's services after any revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

For formal legal notices, please send registered correspondence to our registered office address. Notices sent by email to Info@lucaso.in will also be treated as valid written notices for the purposes of these Terms.
These Terms & Conditions were last reviewed and approved by the management of Lucaso Decor India Private Limited. They are effective from 1st January 2025 and supersede all previous terms and conditions issued by the Company.
