This Warranty Policy governs all warranties provided by Lucaso Decor India Private Limited ("Lucaso") on its products and services. All warranties commence from the date of installation completion as confirmed in the Lucaso Completion Certificate signed by the Client. This policy forms part of the Agreement between Lucaso and the Client alongside the Terms & Conditions.
All products manufactured and installed by Lucaso Decor India Private Limited carry the following baseline warranty coverage:

All warranty periods commence from the date of Installation Completion, which is the date the Client signs the Lucaso Completion Certificate. If the Client delays signing the Completion Certificate without reasonable cause, warranty commencement will be deemed to be the date Lucaso notified completion.
Keep your Lucaso Order Confirmation, Invoice, and Completion Certificate safely — these documents will be required when making a warranty claim. Digital copies emailed by Lucaso are also accepted.
Kitchen warranty applies to standard residential indoor use only. Products installed in commercial kitchens, hotels, or high-frequency use environments carry a 3-year structural warranty. Please inform Lucaso at time of Order if the kitchen is for commercial use.

Door and window warranties apply to products installed by Lucaso's certified installation teams. Products installed by third parties are not covered under Lucaso's warranty even if manufactured by Lucaso.

All railing warranties cover structural failure, post-movement, and fixing loosening under normal residential or light commercial use. Pool-side and coastal installations may carry reduced finish warranties due to saltwater and chemical exposure — consult your Lucaso representative at time of Order.
The Lucaso Warranty does not cover damage or defects arising from the following causes. Please read carefully to understand the scope of coverage.
- Damage caused by accidents, physical impact, scratches, dents, or chips;
- Damage from improper, negligent, or abusive use;
- Damage caused by sharp objects, abrasive cleaners, or inappropriate cleaning chemicals;
- Scratches and marks from everyday use that are cosmetic in nature.
- Damage caused by flooding, water logging, or any water ingress beyond normal indoor conditions;
- Damage caused by prolonged exposure to direct sunlight causing fading or bleaching;
- Damage caused by extreme temperature changes, fire, or heat sources placed directly on surfaces;
- Outdoor products exposed to conditions beyond their specified design parameters (e.g., saltwater corrosion at coastal locations beyond warranty specifications).
- Damage caused by modifications, repairs, or alterations made by any person other than an authorised Lucaso service technician;
- Damage caused by improper installation of third-party appliances, fixtures, or fittings into Lucaso products;
- Products where the original installation has been dismantled and reinstalled elsewhere.
- Normal wear and tear over time, including fading of natural wood oils and minor surface weathering;
- Failure of natural wood oil finishes where the Client has not followed the recommended annual re-oiling schedule;
- Battery replacement for biometric locks, remotes, and smart devices;
- Consumable items such as gaskets, weatherseals, and foam that naturally degrade over time.
- Any indirect, consequential, or financial losses arising from a product defect, including but not limited to food spoilage, loss of income, or cost of alternative accommodation;
- Any third-party costs incurred without prior written approval from Lucaso.
If you are unsure whether a specific issue is covered, contact us before attempting any repair. Attempting repairs before a Lucaso inspection may void the warranty for that component.
Raising a warranty claim with Lucaso is straightforward. Follow these four steps:

A Lucaso service technician will visit your site within 7 working days to inspect the claim — completely free.
A resolution plan (repair, replacement, or settlement) is provided within 14 working days of inspection.

- Installation completion date;
- Description of the defect or issue;
- Clear photographs or video of the affected area;
- Address of the installation.

If a warranty claim is assessed as invalid (i.e., the issue falls within the exclusions in Section 7), Lucaso will communicate the reason in writing. The Client may request a review by escalating to the Lucaso management team within 14 days. Any inspection visit for a claim determined to be outside warranty coverage may be charged at our standard service call rate.
Do not attempt to repair any defect before a Lucaso inspection. Unauthorised repairs — even minor ones — may void the warranty for the affected component.
The Lucaso warranty is non-transferable. It applies only to the original Client at the original installation address. If a home is sold, the warranty does not transfer to the new owner. We recommend mentioning your Lucaso installation to buyers as a home value feature, but warranty service will only be provided to the account holder named in the original Order.
Yes. Lucaso's warranty service is honoured across all cities where Lucaso operates service teams. For installations in cities outside our current service footprint, we will arrange for an authorised service partner or coordinate a solution with you at no additional cost.
If the exact product or component is discontinued, Lucaso will provide the closest available equivalent of equal or greater quality at no cost to the Client. In rare cases where no equivalent exists, a fair monetary settlement based on pro-rated product value will be offered.
No. The Lucaso warranty covers manufacturing defects, material failures, and workmanship issues only. Accidental damage (drops, impacts, scratches from objects, pet damage, etc.) is not covered. We recommend checking your home insurance policy, as many policies cover such accidental damage to fixtures and fittings.
Inspection visits for valid warranty claims are completely free of charge. If a claim is assessed as invalid (outside warranty scope), a service visit charge may apply. We will notify you before charging for any visit.
Yes — use of steam cleaners, pressure washers, or any high-heat/high-moisture cleaning method on Lucaso products will void the finish warranty for affected components. Please follow the care and maintenance guide provided at installation.
Natural wood products with oil finishes require annual re-oiling with the recommended wood oil to maintain the finish warranty. Lucaso provides a care guide for all natural wood products at handover. Failure to maintain the recommended schedule will result in the finish warranty for that component being voided.

This Warranty Policy was last reviewed and approved by the management of Lucaso Decor India Private Limited. It is effective from 1st January 2025 and supersedes all previous warranty documents. All warranties are subject to the full Terms & Conditions of Lucaso Decor India Private Limited.
